MY SERVICES

Those with spiritual trauma may struggle with right and wrong, fear, reintegration, shame and guilt, on edge, rage, social skills, sense of self, etc...

Religious
Trauma

I understand that with a history of trauma, one can feel uncomfortable in the world and in their own body. The sensations can feel confusing and lost...

Unfortunately anxiety and depression are very common and can be often coupled, but that does not make the experience any easier...

Depressions & Anxiety

I am a firm believer that relationships are so hard.Whether it is difficulties with family, friends, or romantic relationship conflict, communication, expectations, codependency, disappointment, etc..

Relationship Difficulties

Do you ever feel like you experienced an emotion and the reaction is like “Woah, where did that come from?” or you may have looked back on some actions or words that you felt regret?..

Emotional Disturbance

Grief and loss can show up in our lives for many different reasons. These experiences may feel like we are in the ocean, drowning and cannot find our footing.

Grief

Unfortunately, transitions are a big part of life.  These phases can feel daunting, unpredictable, and out of our control which for some of us can feel unbearable...

Nature-Based Therapy

Nature-based therapy includes engaging with nature as a therapeutic co-facilitator in sessions. Practicing therapy outside can amplify and recenter to your wholest self. With present day accessibility, our daily activities can be consumed with social media, computer screens, TV, etc. and the stress of the fast-paced world is exhausting.

In nature, we practice disconnecting and co-regulating in shared spaces to exist, grow, and learn. By taking these moments to disconnect from overwhelm and re-connect to self and others, we can slow down, notice, and identify what is important to us.  We can address challenges by collaborating with nature and finding new connections you may not have noticed before.
