About Me
In my own healing process, I have focused on trust, connection, and security. Being connected with nature to address these difficulties with a history of spiritual and emotional trauma has been restorative and empowering.

Your journey may look different from mine, but I understand the importance of feeling seen and heard. Through my practice, I use my personal experience and clinical training to support clients in making decisions by navigating their narrative, identifying barriers, and focusing on values and beliefs. I look at the therapeutic relationship as a nonjudgmental cheerleader and a reflector. I am here as a safe and inviting collaborator, let’s work together to address life difficulties.

My role is to assist you in your process, supporting you in navigating your narratives and empowering you to apply the insights gained in therapy to your life. A therapeutic approach we can utilize is outdoors in nature - nature as a co-facilitator can be a healer, guidance, connector, and a supporter in navigating barriers and feeling grounded.
In our sessions, you'll find me to be empathetic, engaged, laid-back, conversational, authentic, and direct. I weave a trauma-informed approach and holistic modalities to deconstruct mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and generational barriers.
I take pride in my work and genuinely want my clients to feel their best selves and it is an honor to witness and take part in another's journey. I am passionate about wellness and plan to join you with genuine curiosity. In sessions we can address difficulties ranging from mental health symptoms, shame and guilt, phases of life, relationships, grief, sense of self, disconnection, decision-making, anxiety, depression, and more.
It would be an honor to be able to celebrate your wins - the steps you take up your mountains to accomplish your goals - as well as be with you when life is more challenging - when the waves feel stronger. Let's shift from "it is what it is" to "life is pretty good!". I love what I do and I believe it shows up in my work!
